Kashif Din: Heading the Crusade of Innovation

Kashif Din is a model citizen. Regardless of sex, orientation, age, race, religion, Din does what all people should strive to do. He takes what is, and he strives to improve upon it. Din is an innovator. Instead of accepting the current rules and standards of the world in which we live, Din questions them.
Questioning from an Early Age
Kashif Din was not even finished with his bachelor’s degree when he started his first business. Since then he has contributed three more companies to the United Kingdom business community. Din demonstrates a brilliant quality that is missing in many people today. From a bright, idealistic age he began inquiring what changes could be made, what could he add.
The conservation of matter states that matter, which makes up our world, can neither be created nor destroyed. All we have to create, every tool and resource we can use, is already here. That being said, those tools and resources can be used to transform the world into a more incredible place. Din is a master of this art. He takes the systems and standards that we know and transforms them into something better.
A Prime Example
The company HireTablets.com is a prime example of Din’s innovation at its finest. Most innovations are a result of necessity, and this scenario is no different. The ideas began to flow after Din got tired of inefficient IT companies. He was irritated with the incompetence of other IT lending companies that made borrowing tablets a nightmare.
Instead of just complaining about the difficulties, Din saw them as opportunities. He began brainstorming ways to fix the bugs in the lending system. He didn’t just stop at ideas, though. After formulating his plans, Din began implementing them in his very own company.
That company, Hire Tablets, serviced over 1,000 PR representatives and corporate executives within the first 9 months of business. His innovation is helping countries to revolutionize the way they conduct businesses and meetings. This “revolution,” as Din calls it on his website, is more than just accessible tablets. Din also decided to lend accessories such as stands and styluses. Furthermore, he helps load compatible software onto the tablets for the use of the company. Din turned his irritations into opportunities.
Perhaps that is the strongest lesson that business leaders should take from Din, that conflict and opportunity are synonyms. The next lesson is that business leaders should never become complacent. Never stop questioning the system. The “system” could be anything from productivity within the company to the way companies do business with one another. Everything can be further improved, and it is our responsibility as people to try to pave the way towards a better future.
Din’s iPad lending could start a chain reaction of innovation. This reaction will amount to revolutionizing changes in the way we think and work. We all have the power to make changes such as these. Take a lesson from Kashif Din and never stop questioning.
